We are a successful and continually growing company
and have recently launched our Isuzu Truck Dealership for the Gloucestershire area. We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic
and highly motivated individual to join our team at our new premises in Berkeley. We carry out a wide variety of
maintenance and repairs of commercial vehicles to the municipal and general haulage sectors and have a fleet of recycling
and refuse collection vehicles which are hired out nationally.
Duties to include: Using Sage
Line 50 you will process many accounting tasks such as posting of income and expenditure transactions, entering Supplier Invoices
and carrying out Bank Reconciliations. Sending statements, liaising with Customers over the telephone and collecting
over due debts. Maintaining Supplier accounts and ensuring payments are made on time. Maintenance of Petty Cash
records. Various other account administration tasks along with record keeping on Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
for role:
It is essential
for candidate to have strong persuation skills and an assertive demeanour to effectively ensure debtors settle their accounts
on time. You must have excellent communication skills with a positive friendly attitude. Being able to work on your
own initiative, you must be enthusiastic and highly motivated to meet deadlines. You must be articulate at working with
figures, able to ensure a high level of accuracy with attention to detail and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Sage Line 50 and experience in accounts is essential.

♦ Senior Commercial Vehicle Technician (Shifts available)
Due to the expansion of our successful and continually
growing business, we are seeking an enthusiastic and highly self-motivated individual to join our friendly team at our new
workshops in Berkeley. We carry out a wide variety of maintenance and repairs of commercial vehicles in
the municipal and general haulage sectors and are in the process of becoming an Isuzu Truck Dealership for the Gloucestershire
area.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician with
a good all round knowledge to set and achieve the high standards of quality and workmanship expected. The
candidate will naturally lead by example and become direct support to the Workshop Controller, assisting colleagues where
necessary and carrying out Quality Checks in order to maintain these high standards. You will be competent,
highly organised and methodical in your approach, with a good customer
focus to ensure efficiency in all areas.
Our workforce is the key to our

to supporting us in our future growth. Training courses will be available to develop skills. Minimum of HGV Class 2 essential.
Full-time working Monday to Friday. Shift system available: 7am to 3.30pm and 2pm to 10.30pm. 40 hour week + Overtime paid at 1.5 of normal pay + shift allowance.
You may be required to work out of hours on an ad-hoc basis and Saturday mornings as and when necessary. (Workshop opening hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am to 12.30pm)
